🔹 What is the Seaside Season?

The Seaside Season is an event, by participating in which you can get various valuable prizes.

🔹 How do I find the Seaside Season’s menu?

Click the ticket icon above your neighbors panel.

🔹 How do I increase the Seaside Season level?

Complete the tasks appearing in the Seaside Season’s menu and get experience points to increase your level and get more rewards.

🔹 Where do I find the tasks I need to complete?

Open the Seaside Season’s menu and choose the left tab – there you will see the tasks available for you.

🔹 Why are the tasks on the right side of the window locked?

The tasks on the right side are available for the gold ticket owners. You can get it by clicking the “Gold Ticket” button in the upper right corner of the “Tasks” tab.

🔹 How do I receive a reward for increasing my level?

To get the rewards, choose the right “Rewards” tab at the top of the Seaside Season’s window, and click the “Collect” button at the bottom.

🔹 How do I get rewards from the upper row?

The rewards on the upper row are available for players who obtained the Gold Ticket.

🔹 I completed a task but didn’t receive experience points, why?

Please make sure that the task’s timer is still on when completing it. You can check it in two places: either at the top of the tasks window or by hovering your cursor over the clock icon in the upper right corner of the task card.

🔹 I used items in my workshop, but they didn’t count toward the task. Why?

Items are considered used only when producing actually starts. If they’re still in queue, they are not considered used as you can remove them from the queue at any moment.

🔹 What if I don’t have a workshop needed to complete a task?

If you don’t have a workshop needed, you will have to build it or wait until another task arrives.

🔹 How do the effects from the Seaside Season work?

There are several special effects that you can obtain as a reward during the Seaside Season:

— The “Energy push” effect (free ticket) – increases your personal energy cap by 1. By the moment you reach Seaside Season level 50, you upgrade this effect to level 5, which increases your cap by 5 in total.

— The “Experienced farmer” effect (gold ticket) – you don’t need energy to dig up your farm plots. Works only on your Home Island.

— The “Spacious boat” effect (gold ticket) – increases your boat’s capacity by 20. By the moment you reach Seaside Season level 55, you upgrade this effect to level 4, which increases your boat’s capacity by 60 in total.

— The “Extra power” effect (gold ticket) – increases your strength limit by 1. By the moment you reach Seaside Season level 50, you upgrade this effect to level 3, which increases your strength limit by 3 in total.

— The “Energy regeneration” effect (gold ticket) – your energy restores 5% faster. By the moment you reach Seaside Season level 65, you upgrade this effect to level 3, which speeds up your energy regeneration by 15% in total.

— The “Rainstorm” effect (gold ticket) – you don’t need energy to water trees. Works only on your Home Island.

🔹 Do decorations from the list of rewards have functions?

— Wondrous Blossoming Pool (free ticket) can speed up all your trees 5 times. After all charges are used, will turn into a decoration for your island.

— Surfer’s Table (gold ticket) can produce omelettes, fruit cocktails, banana shakes, hot chocolate, and chocolate cupcakes. Will turn into a decoration after the Seaside Season ends.

— Sailor’s Couch (gold ticket) refills your strength, providing up to 300 strength. It has a separate "tank" with a capacity of 50, so after using it up, you must wait as it refills at a rate of 1 strength every 1 hour. After all strength is used up, the couch will turn into a decoration for your island.

— Mediterranean carpenter (gold ticket) – a new look for your carpenter.

🔹 Will the decorations I received disappear after the season ends?

The rewards that had functions will become decorations, but they will stay at your island.

🔹 How long does the Seaside Season last?

It lasts 2 months, so it will end on April 12.
